Build me a Chrome extension called MarkMind that helps clean up messy bookmarks with AI. I want a simple popup where I can organize the page I am currently on with one click, or scan my whole bookmark collection and sort things in bulk. It should suggest the best existing folder for each bookmark, include bookmarks that are sitting loose outside folders, and respect the folder structure I already have instead of inventing a whole new system.

Please also add duplicate detection so I can review repeated bookmarks and remove extras while keeping one copy. I want a review screen before anything changes, plus clear live progress like how many bookmarks have been organized so far and a timer, and it should keep running even if I close the popup.
