Build me a proof of concept that lets me control Adobe apps with an AI chat assistant through MCP.

I want it to work with Photoshop first, and ideally also Premiere, with room to support other Adobe apps later. The basic flow should be simple, an MCP server talks to a small local proxy, and that proxy connects to an Adobe plugin that can receive commands and drive the app. Make it feel like I can ask the assistant to do real creative tasks, like rename layers, build a social post from scratch, create a tutorial example file, or prefill a Premiere project with clips, transitions, and audio.

Please keep it usable with Claude Desktop and other MCP compatible clients, and include clear setup steps for running the server, the proxy, and the plugin. If you need to check current docs for Adobe or MCP, go ahead and look them up online.
