Build me a web app for managing an Xray based proxy service, with an admin panel, real user accounts, and subscription links for each client.

I want admins to be able to create and manage users, see their usage, check node health, and generate a personal subscription page for each person. The app should have a public status page, a login screen, and an admin area that can live under /admin so the main site can stay separate. It should also include some basic stealth and security features, like hiding the normal API docs unless I turn them on, removing obvious server headers, and serving a simple decoy landing page to anonymous visitors instead of immediately showing the control panel.
