Build me a native Apple app that feels like a polished YouTube client for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and Mac. I want it in Swift and SwiftUI, with a clean modern interface and smooth remote navigation on tvOS.

The big goals are ad free playback, SponsorBlock auto skip, DeArrow titles and thumbnails, Google sign in, and support for really high quality video, including manual quality selection.
