Build me a command-line tool that helps manage my AI coding workflow. It's frustrating to constantly re-explain my project's coding standards, file structures, and overall goals to different AI assistants. I want a tool, installable via npm, that lets me define these rules once and have them automatically injected into the AI's context.

When I run an init command in a repository, it should create a central .trellis directory. Inside, I want to store my project's "specs" in markdown files, create structured "tasks" to keep work organized, and have a "workspace" that gives the AI a memory of past sessions.
