Build me a Monkeytype inspired typing test that runs in the terminal. I want to be able to open it, pick a quote, and start typing right away with live feedback for speed and accuracy. It should work offline with built in quotes, but also be able to fetch more quote sources from a backend if available.

I also want a multiplayer mode so friends can join the same lobby and race each other in real time over websockets. A simple way to create or join a lobby is enough, and it would be great if the app can also connect to an online backend for shared play. Make the terminal interface feel clean and fast, with a polished TUI experience.
