Build me a clean set of Claude Code skills for real estate wholesalers, based on this repo’s idea.

I want six practical skills that help with property recon, conversation coaching, creative finance, deal stacking, comp analysis, and CRM integration. Make them easy to use in Claude Code, with clear instructions, good examples, and simple outputs that a wholesaler could actually follow on a deal. If there are any setup details or API key steps needed for Perplexity, Firecrawl, or MCP servers, include those in a straightforward way.

Please also make the README feel polished and beginner friendly, so someone who is not very technical can understand how to install it, connect the tools, and use each skill on a real property address. If anything is missing in the existing files, fill it in so the project feels complete and ready to use.
