Build me a browser based photobooth app that works with hand gestures and doesn’t need any install or backend. I want the camera to open in the browser, let the user frame a shot by holding both hands up and making a pinch gesture, then freeze the frame, show a short countdown, and take the photo automatically. After that, turn the photo into a black and white 3x3 puzzle that can be rearranged with pinch gestures, so one pinched hand can drag a piece around. When the puzzle is completed, let the user close a fist to save it into a photo strip with a nice animated effect, and once there are 3 completed puzzles, allow downloading the full strip. Keep it simple and polished, with clear on screen feedback for the gestures and the current state. It should run completely in the browser, use the webcam, and be ready to open from a local server.
