mitesh77/Best-Flutter-UI-Templates ? reverse-engineered prompt

I'd like to build a Flutter application that serves as a collection of beautiful, modern UI templates. It shouldn't be a single app, but rather a showcase of different screen designs that a user can browse.

Please include a few key examples. I want a template for a hotel booking app, with a nice search interface and a list of results. Also, create a fitness app dashboard that displays stats and progress in a visually appealing way. Finally, add a template for an online course app, showing a list of available courses.

The main screen of the app should be a menu or list that lets me navigate to each of these different UI demos. The overall aesthetic should be clean and professional, with smooth animations for screen transitions and interactions, like a custom animated side drawer. Use Flutter and Dart for this project.
