mittya-p/Hammond — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a clean static website for a project called Hammond using the existing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, image, and file folders.

I don’t have a detailed spec yet, so keep it simple and polished. Make the main page feel like a small landing page with a clear title, short intro text, a few sections for what Hammond is, any useful links or downloads if the files folder has something relevant, and a simple footer. There is also an English page, so set up the site so visitors can switch between the main page and the English version.

Please make it responsive so it looks good on phones and desktops. Use any existing images or files if they are already in the project, and if something is missing, use tasteful placeholders that are easy for me to replace later. Keep the code easy to understand and edit.
