Build me a calm terminal search tool like a smarter grep. I want to install it globally, sign in once with a browser login or use an API key, then run a watch command inside any project so it indexes the useful files and keeps them updated as I work.

After that I should be able to ask normal questions like “where do we set up auth?” and get the most relevant files and snippets back, even if the exact words don’t match. It should work well for code, text files, PDFs, and images, respect ignored files, and let me limit result counts or search inside a specific folder.

Please include a simple web search mode too, so I can ask for programming docs or answers from the terminal, with an option to return a short summarized answer.
