Reverse engineered prompt

I've been getting frustrated with how my AI coding assistant keeps forgetting what we're working on. I want to build a tool that fixes this. It should be a small server that works with agents like Claude Code and VS Code Copilot.

When the AI runs a command that spits out a lot of text, like reading a big file or a GitHub issue log, this tool should intercept it. Instead of dumping all that text into the context window, it should just save it locally and give the AI a short summary. This will save a ton of space.

The other main feature is session memory. The tool should keep track of everything happening in the session—file edits, git commands, errors, and my instructions—and store it all in a local SQLite database. That way, when the AI inevitably loses context, it can check with our tool to remember what it was doing and get right back on track. It should be installable as a plugin and feel like a native part of the coding assistant.
