Build me a local first app that tracks how many AI tokens I use across the coding tools on my computer, like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, Roo Code, Zed Agent, Goose, and the rest of the supported tools. I want it to feel basically zero setup, where the first run installs whatever hooks it needs, scans my usage, and opens a nice dashboard in the browser with trends over time, cost estimates, model breakdowns, project attribution, a heatmap, and usage limits with reset countdowns.

Please keep it privacy first. Everything should stay on my machine by default, with no account or API key required, and never store prompts, replies, or file contents, only token counts and timestamps. Also include a native macOS menu bar app with desktop widgets, plus a Windows system tray app that shows the same dashboard. If it is already in the README, also add the optional stuff like leaderboard, cross device account view, and a skills browser and sync tab. Look up current docs online if you need to.
