I want to build a tool based on this list of free LLM APIs. The idea is to create a single, smart router or gateway. I should be able to send a standard API request to my tool, and it will intelligently forward it to one of the free providers listed here, like Groq, Cloudflare, or OpenRouter.

It needs a simple way for me to configure and store my API keys for all the different services it supports. The most important feature is resilience: if a request to one provider fails or gets rate-limited, the tool should automatically try the next available free provider on the list until it gets a successful response. Essentially, I want a unified endpoint that lets me reliably access all these free models without worrying about which one is currently up or available.
