Build me a Claude Code skill that can manage an Instagram Business account from the terminal using Meta’s Graph API.

I want it to let me publish photos, videos, reels, stories, and carousels, plus check post and account analytics, read recent DMs, and reply to messages when that’s allowed. It should also be able to check whether my access token is valid, show basic profile info, and warn me about posting limits or common Instagram API restrictions.

Make it easy to use with simple commands like create a post, publish it, get insights, and send a DM. Assume I’ll put my access token and Instagram business account ID in environment variables. If anything in the API changes or needs current docs, look it up online and keep the implementation practical and straightforward.
