Build me a desktop assistant for Honkai Star Rail that can automate the boring daily and weekly stuff for me.

I want a simple app with a friendly GUI and a command line mode too, so I can either click buttons or run it from terminal. It should handle things like spending stamina, daily training, claiming rewards, commissions, weekly modes, and some other routine game tasks. Please also include a small toolbox for things like auto dialogue, frame rate unlock, redeeming codes, and exporting gacha records in common formats.

It would be great if it can run in the background or without a visible window, support Docker if possible, and let me set it to start automatically when tasks reset or when stamina reaches a certain level. Add notifications, a sound when tasks finish, and an option to close the game or shut down the computer afterward.
