Build me a small Windows launcher for GTA V that makes it easy to switch between playing with mods and playing online safely.

I want the app to automatically find my GTA V folder if it can, and let me change it from settings if it can’t. It should show the current game status, let me enable or disable all mods at once, install mods from common archive types, and keep track of which mods are active. When I launch online mode, it should make sure mods are turned off so I don’t accidentally get banned. I also want buttons for opening the game folder, killing the GTA process, checking for updates, and restoring the game back to its original state.

If possible, add language support, a simple settings screen, and a way to update the launcher itself and important mod files automatically. Look up current docs online if you need to.
