Build me a working Instagram style mobile app with Flutter and Firebase for both Android and iPhone. I want the core experience to feel real, users should be able to sign in, make a profile, follow and unfollow people, see a photo feed based on who they follow, upload photos from the camera or gallery, like posts, view likes, comment, and view comments.

Please also include search so people can find users by username and browse photos, plus a profile screen with edit profile and the option to switch between grid and feed views. I also want a simple chat screen where users can message each other and share images in chat.

Set up the Firebase side too, including auth, database, and storage as needed, and wire it up so the app is runnable. If anything in the existing project is unfinished, just complete the main flow cleanly and keep the code organized. You can check current Flutter and Firebase docs online if needed.
