Build me a small Omarchy and Quickshell plugin that makes the bar hide itself when I am not using it, then pop back up when I move my mouse to the edge of the screen.

It should work no matter where the bar is placed, top, bottom, left, or right, and it should also work across multiple monitors so hovering the edge on any screen brings the bar back. Keep it hidden by default when the shell starts, but do not hide it while a bar menu or popout is open, and keep it visible on an empty workspace too. I want the timing to be easy to tweak in one place, so I can make the hide delay feel snappier or slower without digging through a bunch of code.
