Build me a simple web app called Krishi Sahayak for Indian farmers. It should feel like an easy chat assistant where someone can ask farming questions in English, Hindi, or Hinglish and get clear advice about crops, pests, soil, weather, and government schemes.

I want the app to support text chat, voice input, voice replies, and the ability to upload a crop photo so it can suggest what disease, pest, or deficiency it might be. Keep the interface clean and modern with a dark and light mode toggle, and make it work well on mobile too.

Please make it use Flask on the backend, with a chat page on the frontend, and set it up so conversation history is remembered during the session.
