Build me a Python command line tool that makes it easy to buy a temporary phone number and receive SMS verification codes in one place.

I want one simple CLI I can use to set an API key, check my balance, list available services, buy a number for a service like WhatsApp or Telegram, and then automatically wait for the OTP to arrive in real time. It should work with both 5sim and SMS Activate, let me choose a country, and let me manage orders after the fact, like checking status, canceling, or marking them finished.

Please make the output clean and easy to read in the terminal, with clear status updates while it waits. Store settings locally, but let environment variables override them. If possible, include a small MCP server too so I can use the same tools from Cursor or Claude Code.
