Build me the core software for a new cryptocurrency that's all about privacy and security. It should be a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency where all transactions are private and untraceable by default, so nobody can see who is sending money to whom or what the amounts are. This is the main thing: it should be completely anonymous.

Let's use C++ for this project since it needs to be performant and secure. The system should allow anyone to run the software on their own computer to help maintain the network.
