Build me a desktop app called FlorisSrt for translating subtitle files into Arabic with AI. I want to load SRT or ASS files, or a whole folder for a season, and have the app translate them in order while keeping character names, genders, story terms, abilities, places, and repeated phrases consistent across episodes.

It should let me create projects, add or edit characters and glossary terms, and optionally run a pre analyze step that reads the subtitles and suggests characters and important terms before translating. Add a wiki scraper that can pull anime info from Anilist, MAL, or Fandom and import characters or lore terms into a project.

The app needs settings for API keys and model choices for OpenAI, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Gemini, Anthropic, or local models. Include resume if a job stops, usage and cost tracking, a review screen to edit translated lines, Arabic file name support, and theme choices. Look up current docs online if needed.
