Build me the Monid connector layer so it feels like OpenRouter for agent tools.

I want a Deno and TypeScript project where providers and endpoints are defined in a simple declarative way, then compiled into a catalog that can be discovered, inspected, and run. It should support things like auth, usage metering, request schemas, live health, latency, and per call pricing, and it should make it easy to add new connectors by copying a reference implementation and writing tests with recorded fixtures.

Please make the developer experience smooth, with commands to check types, run tests, list providers, list endpoints, inspect one endpoint, and run a real endpoint with env vars. Keep the tests offline by default, use fixtures, and only hit live APIs when credentials are present.
