Build me EventFlow, a SaaS dashboard for event logistics companies that rent and deliver technical equipment like sound, lighting, video, furniture, and staging.

I want it to feel like one central operating system replacing spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and paper checklists. Dispatchers should be able to plan missions, assign vehicles and crew, track mission status, view a live control dashboard, and manage equipment inventory. Field technicians and drivers need a simple mobile friendly flow for loading, scanning QR or barcodes, going on route, delivery, installation, incident reporting, and return checks.

Please include Supabase for the database and realtime updates, with a local setup that works from the existing env example. The app should support offline first behavior in a practical way, so mission details and scans can still be used when the network is bad and synced later. Add realistic demo data so I can click around and test missions, vehicles, staff, equipment, checklists, and incidents.
