Build me a simple setup project for an M5Stack Cardputer Adv that lets someone plug the device into their laptop, open Claude Code, type one command, and have Claude flash the firmware and install a small bundle of apps.
The experience should feel like event merch that comes alive. After setup, the Cardputer should boot into a friendly launcher, auto connect to the event WiFi if available, show the connection status on screen, and let the user open a Claude Buddy app that connects back to Claude Desktop over Bluetooth. Include clear prompts for putting the device into download mode, and make the process resilient if the port needs to be detected or the user has to retry.
Please include Python scripts for flashing and pushing apps, a tiny example app people can copy, instructions for adding new apps without reflashing, and basic troubleshooting tools for screen, buttons, speaker, and connection issues. Keep the README very practical for non technical attendees.
