Build me a simple Python tool that demonstrates, in a safe way, how browser cookies and saved passwords can be found on a Windows machine for educational purposes only.

I want it to scan common browsers, show which ones are present, and export a local report with the results instead of sending anything anywhere. Make it easy to run from the command line, and include clear warnings that it is only for my own devices and for learning about security risks.
