Build me a simple public website for a Mozilla Open Design community. The goal is to help people ask for design help, find design tasks they can volunteer for, and connect with collaborators.

On the home page, explain that anyone can create or take on a Mozilla related design request. Add a clear button to submit a new request. The request form should ask for the goal, what it will be used for, style notes or reference links, deadline, and a tag like design needed, developer needed, question, or staff support needed. After submitting, show requests in a clean list with status, tag, deadline, and category.

Include categories based on Mozilla areas like Firefox, Addons, Rust, Mixed Reality, Security, QA, localization, campaigns, research, and community activities. Each request page should show details, comments or collaborator notes, and a place to attach or link source files when the work is finished.

Keep the look simple, friendly, community focused, and easy for people who are not comfortable with GitHub.
