Build me an Android app called CatchIt for super fast local file sharing with no internet data. I want users to pick photos, videos, music, documents, and installed apps, then send them to another phone over local WiFi or hotspot. It should also let iPhones, PCs, and Macs download files through a nice web page in their browser.

Make the app feel modern and polished using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Add a built in file browser, app sharing for APKs, QR code pairing so devices connect quickly, and a transfer screen that shows live speed, progress, and time remaining.
