Build me a Spring Boot app in Java that helps analyze microservices security with the help of ChatGPT.

I want an API based tool that can take a service or code snippet and give back a security review, including possible issues with authentication, authorization, data integrity, and other weak spots in microservices communication. It should also be able to inspect dependencies, do a basic static code review, comment on readability, and suggest practical fixes in plain language.
