I want to build a project called "The Agency," which is basically a big collection of specialized AI agent personalities. The idea is to have a complete AI agency at my fingertips, with different experts for different jobs.

It should be organized into divisions like engineering, design, marketing, sales, and product. For example, under engineering, I'd want a Frontend Developer, Backend Architect, DevOps Automator, and maybe even a Solidity engineer. The design division should have a UI Designer and a UX Researcher.

Each agent needs its own profile that defines its personality, its skills, and the kind of work it's good at. It's all about having a team of AI specialists with unique voices who are focused on delivering real results. Please create the folder structure and some example agent profiles in markdown. Also, include some simple shell scripts to help install or convert these agent profiles for use in different coding assistants like Cursor or Claude.
