Build me a native PC version of Pokémon Stadium US 1.0 that uses my own legal ROM instead of running in a normal emulator. On first launch it should open a simple SS Anne style setup screen where I can pick the Stadium ROM, assign up to four controllers, and optionally attach Game Boy Pokémon carts to each player slot for Transfer Pak features. I want GB Tower to work too, so Red, Blue, and Yellow can run, read their saves, and write back.

Please make it remember my ROM path, launcher choices, and registered Pokémon between sessions. It should support keyboard and common gamepads, have decent default graphics that look sharper than original, audio through my normal device, and an easy fullscreen toggle. If possible, include options for auto start and skipping the launcher for repeat runs.

It is fine if this matches the current known working scope, like menus, mini games, Transfer Pak, GB Tower, and individual battles, without pretending every full cup flow is fully proven yet. Look up current docs online if you need to.
