Build me this RT64 fork as a usable N64 graphics renderer for emulators and native ports. I want it focused on accurate rendering first, but with the upgrades people actually care about, like higher internal resolution with downsampling, widescreen support, optional smoother high frame rate interpolation where games support it, lower input latency options, and texture pack support.

Please keep the fork specific Pokémon Stadium fixes working, especially the 2D menu seam and fill problems, supersampling without breaking menu compositing, the attract mode freeze protection, and Game Boy Tower output showing correctly. Make it easy to build and run on Windows, Linux, and macOS, and include enough examples or basic docs so someone can test it quickly without digging around. Please also make sure the setup handles submodules cleanly.

If anything is unclear, look up the current docs online and follow the intent of this fork, not just the upstream project.
