Build me a simple, clean website that turns these security reference lists into something easy to browse and search.

I want a home page for SOC and threat hunting people where they can quickly find things like suspicious domains, ports, user agents, Windows services and tasks, browser extensions, VPN and TOR lists, ransomware notes, and other detection lists from the repo. Make it feel practical and fast, with category sections, a search box, and clear links into each list. It should be easy to scan on desktop and mobile, and the pages should load quickly.

If it helps, organize the content from the existing Lists folder into a nice directory style experience, and make the important updated lists easy to find. Use the current docs and look up anything online if you need to. I mostly want a polished, useful front end that makes this awesome list of security detections much easier to use day to day.
