Build me an enterprise style SaaS dashboard called Assist+ for businesses that want AI customer service chatbots across Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs, with WhatsApp marked as coming soon.

I want businesses to be able to sign in, manage their business profile, connect Meta pages and Instagram accounts, upload knowledge base articles, and see customer conversations in a clean inbox. The AI should answer using the uploaded knowledge, remember recent conversation context, and reuse similar past answers to save API cost. Use OpenRouter for the AI side, with database backed semantic search and caching.

Please make it multi tenant so each business only sees its own data. Include Arabic and English support, with proper right to left layout for Arabic. Add background processing for incoming messages, webhook handling for Meta, conversation history, and a modern admin dashboard.
