Build me a Filament v5 plugin that lets me fully white label the admin panel from one settings page, without having to edit code every time I want to change branding.

I want to be able to set the app name, upload light and dark logos, set a favicon, choose brand colors, pick a font, tweak layout options like sidebar and top navigation, turn on or off things like breadcrumbs, dark mode, SPA behavior, notifications, and add a simple footer plus custom CSS. It should work separately for each panel, and if tenancy is enabled, it should also be able to store different branding per tenant.

Please make it safe and reliable, so missing tables or bad settings do not break the panel. If you need to check current Filament docs or best practices online, go ahead. I’d also like a clean settings page in the admin sidebar, with sensible defaults, caching, and uploaded files saved in a public place so logos and favicons actually show up.
