Build me a simple but polished AI recruitment web app called HireWise.

It should let companies post a job role, set a pass threshold, and turn specific skill checks on or off before publishing. Companies should also be able to see active listings and remove them later. For candidates, they should be able to pick a role, see which companies are hiring, upload a PDF CV, and enter their email to get evaluated right away.

The app should score the CV in a way that is explainable, show which requirements passed or failed, and give helpful improvement tips if the candidate does not pass. After evaluation, generate a clean PDF report and send the result by email. If the candidate passes, the company should also get notified.

Make the interface modern and easy to use, with a landing page, a candidate flow, a company dashboard, and a results page. Use the existing project setup if possible, and look up current docs online if you need to.
