Build me a terminal based coding assistant called CodinXCode that helps me work inside a project without leaving the command line.

I want it to read the repository, understand the current codebase, suggest a plan before changing anything, edit files safely, run tests or checks, and show me the results right in the terminal. It should support interactive commands like help, health check, connect to an AI provider, view models, and run a prompt non interactively too. Make the terminal experience feel polished, with readable colored markdown, nice prompts, and a few visual themes or layouts I can switch between.

It should work on Linux, in containers, and in Termux on Android, with a simple install script and a local health check that does not need the network. Keep secrets safe, avoid writing API keys into logs or config files, and block dangerous commands unless I approve them. If you need to check current docs for anything, look them up online.
