Build me a Streamlit app for Formula 1 race predictions that feels like a race engineer dashboard.

I want to choose a Grand Prix, set the starting grid, tweak weather and a few race conditions, then see the predicted finishing order for all 20 cars before the race starts. Pull the race and standings data from OpenF1, add telemetry style features from FastF1 when available, train an XGBoost based model, and save the trained models so the app can run predictions right away.

Please include a model performance page with clear metrics and feature importance, a data explorer for the race history and telemetry data, and a what if simulator where changing sliders updates the prediction instantly.
