Build me a desktop app that acts like a local control center for AI coding tools. I want to point apps like Claude Code, Codex, Grok CLI, or similar clients at one local endpoint, then manage everything from one place instead of constantly changing settings in each tool.

The app should let me add different model providers or custom compatible endpoints, save accounts and keys, switch models per agent profile, and set simple routing rules like retries, fallbacks, or sending certain requests to a different model. I also want a clear dashboard for request logs, latency, token use, estimated cost, account usage, and basic debugging so I can see what actually happened.

Please include support for virtual upgraded models that can add things like web search, vision, or selected tools on top of a base model, plus a simple way to expose MCP style tools through one hub. A desktop friendly UI with tray support would be great. Look up current docs online if you need to.
