I want to build a personal AI research assistant that can get me up to speed on any topic, focusing on what's happened in the last 30 days. When I give it a query, it should go out and search across a bunch of sources like Reddit, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Hacker News to see what people are actually talking about and upvoting. It should also be smart enough to check prediction markets to see what people are betting real money on.
After gathering all that info, it should write a synthesized summary of the most important takeaways, like a briefing doc, with citations and links back to the original content. A key feature is a "versus mode"—I want to be able to ask it something like "Claude vs ChatGPT" and get a side-by-side comparison. Make it easy to add my own API keys for different services to get more in-depth results.
