Build me a local tool that lets me run Claude Code and Codex together as one coordinated team from one command. I want to define the team in a simple YAML file, start it up, see what each agent is doing, send messages between agents, and keep the whole thing recoverable if I close the terminal or reboot.

It should have a command line app and a shared terminal view, with agents running in tmux sessions I can attach to. I want to be able to boot a starter project, inspect the current topology, add or remove agents, snapshot and restore the setup, and discover existing sessions so they can be adopted instead of recreated. A small web or dashboard style UI is fine if it helps me see the graph, logs, and current nodes.

Use TypeScript and keep it local first. Look up current docs online if you need to.
