Build me a simple app called Town Hunt. I want it to be a fast place to jot down towns as I come across them, without a lot of steps. The main screen should let me type a town name and save it right away, then show the towns I’ve recorded in a clean list.

If there’s room, let me add a small note or region so I can remember why I saved it, and make it easy to remove mistakes. Keep it lightweight, mobile friendly, and easy to use one handed. It doesn’t need accounts or anything complicated, just make sure the towns don’t disappear when I refresh the page.
