Build me EquiGrant, a polished grant and bounty platform for teams that want AI to help judge applications on GenLayer. I want a modern landing page, public bounty browsing with search, filters, rewards, deadlines and status, detail pages where builders can submit a GitHub repo, demo link and description, plus a multi step flow for creators to publish a new bounty with plain English judging criteria and funding info.

Add wallet connection, read and write to the existing GenLayer contract, and make the whole app feel production ready on desktop and mobile. Include creator admin screens, a user dashboard for submissions, scores, reports, payments, appeals and evaluation actions, plus a leaderboard for winners and funded projects. The contract side should support creating, submitting, evaluating, appealing, resolving, editing, pausing, resuming, extending and deleting bounties.
