Build me a simple browser based parody horror game called Five Nights at Epstein. It should run as a single web page with JavaScript and CSS, no accounts and no server.

The player should survive multiple nights by watching rooms, checking cameras, managing limited power, and reacting when danger gets close. Make it feel like an old web horror game with a dark background, tense sounds, simple animations, creepy UI, a night counter, clock, power meter, game over screen, and win screen.

Use placeholder art and audio if needed, but organize everything so I can swap in real assets later. It should work well on desktop and be usable on mobile if possible. Keep the code easy to edit and deploy on GitHub Pages with an index page, styles, scripts, and an assets folder. If you need details for browser audio or deployment, look up current docs online.
