I want to build a workflow automation platform, like a more powerful and flexible open-source alternative to Zapier. It should be built with TypeScript and Node.js.

The core of the app should be a visual, node-based editor where users can connect different services and APIs to create complex automations, like a flowchart. I want it to ship with a huge library of integrations—hundreds of them if possible.

A key feature is that while it's low-code first, technical users should be able to write custom JavaScript or Python code directly within their workflows for more advanced logic. It also needs some native AI capabilities to let people build AI agent workflows. Finally, make it easy to self-host, so users have full control over their data. Good Docker support for deployment is a must.
