nagix/mini-tokyo-3d — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a browser based app like Mini Tokyo 3D, an interactive real time 3D map of Tokyo public transport. I want people to be able to pan, zoom, rotate, tilt, click stations and trains, and see live train movement and status across the Tokyo area. It should feel polished and visual, with station and line labels, route search, tracking mode for a selected train or station, playback mode, an underground view, layer controls, fullscreen, and simple info popups when you hover or tap things. If the source data also includes flights, show those too in the same style.

Please wire it up to the public transportation open data feeds and map tiles using tokens I can provide, and make sure there is a build step that generates a deployable site. It should support multiple interface languages at least in the same spirit as the original, especially English, Japanese, and French. Use the repo docs and look up current docs online if you need to.
