Build me a Claude Code plugin for premium scroll driven websites that feels like a real design studio, not a generic AI landing page generator.

I want it to help create one of several very different page styles, like a continuous world, a filmic one shot, a quiet editorial page, or a gallery style layout, and it should make scroll act like the timeline. The pages should have strong typography, careful spacing, good contrast, and at least one unique interaction that makes each build feel original. It should also check its own work in a browser, catch problems like dead scrolling or text that is never readable, and make a contact sheet so I can review the result.

Please set it up so I can install and run it through Claude Code, with clear first run instructions, a workspace for builds, and an example or two I can test. If you need to look up current docs online while wiring up the plugin, do that.
