I want a working demo of Mira, an AI companion for smart glasses that helps someone with dementia find things around the house and keeps caregivers in the loop.

Please use this repo to connect the main experience end to end. A resident should be able to speak or type something like “where are my pills?” and get a spoken answer that uses a 3D understanding of the home to figure out where the item probably is and guide them to it. I also want a simple caregiver view with a live event timeline, helpful alerts, and basic medication or safety context when it matters. If the glasses flow is already here, hook up the Android side so audio and camera frames reach the backend. If that is too hardware dependent, make a clean demo path with uploaded video or camera input instead.

Make it feel polished and easy to run, with sensible defaults, clear setup instructions, and an obvious way to start the chat app, backend, and 3D viewer together. Look up current docs online if you need to.
