Build me a clean personal portfolio website using this React app. The repo looks like a basic starter right now, so turn it into a polished portfolio for someone named Natanael Marcel.

I want a modern homepage with a short intro, a nice hero section, a profile area, skills, projects, experience or education, and a contact section. Make it feel professional but simple, with smooth scrolling, good spacing, and a layout that looks nice on phone and desktop. Use placeholder project cards and placeholder text where you need to, but make it easy for me to replace the content later.

Please include buttons for GitHub, LinkedIn, email, and a resume download placeholder. Add subtle animations if they make sense, but keep the site fast and not too flashy. Make sure npm start works and the design feels complete, not like a template.
